  • Employment contract of an Andorran company;
  • Rental agreement or deed that accredits the purchase of a property in Andorra;
  • Certificate of criminal record apostilled and translated into Catalan;
  • Curriculum vitae and training qualifications;
  • Certificate accrediting your marital status at the time of applying;

Self-Employed :

For self-employed residence, the requirements are higher. Previously you must obtain prior authorisation from the government’s foreign investment department.

The main requirements to obtain your residence permit as an employee are:

  • Incorporation of a company in Andorra with the prior authorization of the foreign investment department or owning at least 10% of the company created or acquired;
  • Establish your main residence in Andorra, which must be effective at least 183 days a year.
  • Have a position in the administration of the company.
  • Deposit of 15,000 euros in the AFA (recoverable but not remunerated);
  • For qualified professions, professional membership or affiliation to a professional association;
  • Contribution to the Andorran Social Security Fund, has a cost of € 465 if you want to have access to the public health system;
  • Certificate of criminal record apostilled and translated into Catalan;
  • Curriculum vitae and training qualifications;
  • Certificate accrediting your marital status at the time of applying;
